Talon Fly Reel & Spool 7/8wt

This is truly an awesome reel. It is so smooth and looks great. I like the v'd middle in the spool to make it easier to start the spooling process. Made of good material you would think that the price should be more but thankfully it's not. I would suggest this reel in which ever weight you get to be used on any rod you have. Very happy with this purchase.

I never received the reel

I never received the reel. UPS said they delivered it to my front door.I was hime at the time of the supposed delivery. I’ve tried to contact UPS with no luck. Impossible to speak with a human.

Very nice reel

Talon 7/8 reel and spools

I have a number of Talon reels and consider them excellent quality and my favorite fly reels. The Talon three is of the same quality.

Good tough reels

The Takin Reels are an excellent value, they’re priced right, are stronger than most lower cost reels, and have more features than most others. Larger Arbor for quick retrieval, all aluminum construction, right/left retrieve, and a very good disc drag. You can’t ask for more from a durable fly reel for the price!
