Amazing rods, I have had a fly rod in my hand from
The age of 6 and I am 50 Now so I have fished white every thing from Sage to Fenwick. These fly rods are right up there with the 600 to 1200 dollar rods. Best rod for the money for sure. Thank you thank you!

Now when I say this is my favorite reel I own, I mean it. I've been doing lots of brook trout fishing and recently got a maxxon quill in a 4 weight so needed to get a new reel for it as I didn't have anything small. This reel feels amazing in action, the drag works amazingly, I got into a surprise wild brown and it started peeling drag, the drag system works great! I love it so much i want to get another one in the larger size! (Hand for size reference in the images)

What a nice little reel this is. The one I bought from my local fly fishing shop is perfectly finished, well made, and everything works as it should. I have not fished this reel yet, but it is on a short little 3wt rod just waiting for the weather to warm up a bit. I have no doubt it will work fine and last a long time. There just isn’t much to go wrong with a click pawl reel if one takes care of them.
