Hands down the best customer service I've ever dealt with. My rod tip broke, through no fault of the rod. I had a replacement in days. It arrived crushed by UPS. Brian, had a new one in the mail the same day and at my door in two. 10/10!

Exploded my euro rod and also had a defective talon 2 reel from these guys, and they hooked me up with a brand new rod and reel with spare spools for only $15 shipping!! Super simple and super fast service doesn’t get any better than that. Will be a customer for a while with that type of service.
